Fresh Alka Water is located in the heart of Mission Gorge Rd. in the Mission Gorge neighborhood of San Diego, just 1.5 miles east of Snapdragon Stadium, serving Allied Gardens, Del Cerro, San Carlos, Grantville, and Tierrasanta. With easy parking access, we are close to local eateries and welcome you to sample our healthy water!

Bring your own bottle or select from our wide variety of BPA-Free bottles for purchase. We offer free bottle cleaning on every visit. 

Areas We Serve: From our Mission Gorge store, we welcome refill customers from Allied Gardens, Del Cerro, San Carlos, Grantville, and Tierrasanta, as well as the College Area, Serra Mesa, Mission Valley, La Mesa, Santee, and El Cajon, and anyone in San Diego who wants clean purified or alkaline water in a reusable bottle instead of single-use plastic.
